What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to place an order for a product that is not currently in stock but will be available soon. This helps you reserve the product in advance.

Pre-Order Processing Time

  • Pre-order products usually require 5–10 working days for processing
  • Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and sourcing

You will be informed about the estimated delivery time at the time of order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

After placing a pre-order, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

Payment Terms

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for pre-orders
  • In some cases, advance payment may be required depending on the product

Our team will inform you if any advance is needed before processing your order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-orders can be canceled before the product is processed or shipped
  • Once the product is ready or shipped, cancellation may not be possible

Please contact us as soon as possible for any cancellation requests.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

Delivery charges apply as per our standard policy.
