Exchange Eligibility

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact

Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Delivery Charges for Exchange

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/defective product), we will cover the exchange delivery cost
  • If the exchange is requested for other acceptable reasons, the customer may need to bear the delivery charge
