Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Exchange Process
- Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Provide your order details and issue description
- Share clear images of the product (if required)
- Our team will review and confirm the exchange
Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Delivery Charges for Exchange
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/defective product), we will cover the exchange delivery cost
- If the exchange is requested for other acceptable reasons, the customer may need to bear the delivery charge
